Abstract
Maqolada o‘zbekiston hududidan ilk bor metilotrof bakteriya izolyatlari ajratib olingan. Faqat metanol qo‘shilgan meniral ozuqa-muhitida o‘sib rivojlanadigan metilotrof bakteriya izolyatlarining xususiyatlari tasnifi bayon qilingan. Bakteriya izolyatlari gram-manfiy bakteriyalar guruhiga mansubligi, uglevod va ko‘p atomli spirtlarni o‘zlashtirmasligi, kislota hamda gaz hosil qilmasligi aniqlangan. 1% NaCl qo‘shilgan ozuqa-muhitida o‘sib rivojlanishi, boy ozuqa-muhitida o‘smasligi, L-tirozinni parchalash xususiyatiga ega emasligi, nitratlarni nitritlarga qaytarishi ko‘rsatilgan. Izolyatlar uchun o‘stirishning harorati 30°С va ozuqa-muhitining pH ko‘rsatkichi 7,0-7,5 bo‘lishi optimal ekanligi aniqlangan.
