Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqotda Fusarium oxysporum zamburug‘ining pomidor (Solanum lycopersicum L.) o‘simligi fiziologiyasiga ta’siri dala sharoitida baholandi. Tajriba natijalari fuzarioz infeksiyasi o‘simlikning o‘sish va fiziologik jarayonlariga sezilarli salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini aniqladi. Patogen bilan zararlangan o‘simliklarda o‘simlik bo‘yi 26,8 %, quruq biomassa 32,7 % ga kamaydi. Umumiy xlorofill miqdori 30,3 % ga pasayib, fotosintetik faoliyat susaygani kuzatildi. Barglarning nisbiy suv miqdori 20,2 % ga tushishi o‘tkazuvchi to‘qimalarda suv transporti cheklanganini ko‘rsatdi. Shu bilan birga, nafas olish intensivligi 20,0 % ga oshdi, bu stress sharoitida energetik sarfning kuchayganini anglatadi. Olingan natijalar F. oxysporum infeksiyasi pomidor o‘simligida suv rejimi, fotosintez va metabolik jarayonlarni kompleks ravishda izdan chiqarishini tasdiqlaydi hamda hosildorlik pasayishining fiziologik mexanizmlarini ochib beradi.
