Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda “AS-MOMO” biologik shifobaxsh choyi namunalarining suvda eruvchan vitaminlari hamda erkin aminokislotalari yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (HPLC) usuli yordamida o‘rganildi. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, namunada B guruhi vitaminlaridan B2 (17,1 mg/g), B6 (24,2 mg/g), B9 (21,4 mg/g), shuningdek PP (8,5 mg/g) va C vitamini (9,3 mg/g) sezilarli miqdorda aniqlandi. Erkin aminokislotalar tarkibi bo‘yicha jami 20 ta aminokislota qayd etilib, ularning umumiy miqdori 10,334 mg/g ni tashkil etdi. Olingan natijalar “AS-MOMO” shifobaxsh choyining biologik faol moddalarga boy ekanligini hamda uni sog‘liqni mustahkamlovchi vosita sifatida qo‘llash istiqbolli ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
