Abstract

Maqolada talabalarning o'quv motivatsiyasini gamifikatsiya elementlari orqali oshirishning psixologik-pedagogik mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. 2014-2025 yillardagi 48 ta xalqaro manba asosida gamifikatsiyaning nazariy asoslari (o'z-o'zini belgilash nazariyasi, "oqim" nazariyasi, gamifikatsiyalangan ta'lim nazariyasi) va uning ta'lim natijalariga ta'siri o'rganilgan. Gamifikatsiya to'rtta mexanizm — bazaviy psixologik ehtiyojlarni qondirish, kognitiv, emotsional va ijtimoiy — orqali motivatsiyaga ta'sir etishi, ayniqsa avtonomiya va ijtimoiy bog'liqlik hissiyotini rivojlantirishda samarali ekanligi aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga, noto'g'ri loyihalashtirilgan gamifikatsiya "oshiriladigan asoslash" samarasini keltirib chiqarishi mumkin. Maqolada O'zbekiston oliy ta'lim sharoitida samarali qo'llash bo'yicha amaliy tavsiyalar berilgan.
