Abstract
This article is a comprehensive study of the problems of modeling the quality of education in higher technical educational institutions and the reform of education at the level of modern demand, raising its quality to the level of high demand regulatory and legal acts, competitive environment, requirements for international cooperation. The article also analyzes current problems in the assessment and control of the quality of education and management. The article analyzes international experiments and scientific , innovative approaches to modeling the quality of education in technical higher education institutions.References
