Abstract
Mazkur maqolamizda xrizantema (Chrysanthemum morifolium) o‘simligi gullarining kimyoviy tarkibi hamda uning biologik faol xususiyatlari bo’yicha xalqaro adabiyotlarni o’rgandik. Ushbu o’simlik gullari tarkibida polisaxaridlar, flavonoidlar, efir moylari, organik kislotalar va boshqa biofaol moddalar mavjudligi ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotimiz jarayonida gul xomashyosining fitokimyoviy tarkibini o’rganish va biologik faol birikmalarni ajratib olish, ularning sifat va miqdor ko‘rsatkichlarini aniqlash hamda olingan ekstraktlarning oziq-ovqat va kosmetika sanoatida qo‘llanish imkoniyatlari bo’yicha nazariy jarayonlar ishlab chiqildi va nazariy o’rganildi. Olingan natijalar mazkur o‘simlikni tabiiy biofaol moddalar manbai sifatida baholash, shuningdek, uning asosida yangi funksional mahsulotlar yaratish istiqbollarini aniqlashga xizmat qilishini aniqladik.
