Abstract

Uzum o‘simliklarida keng tarqalgan va iqtisodiy zarar keltiruvchi Grapevine fanleaf virus (GFLV) ni molekulyar usulda aniqlash bo‘yicha tadqiqot o‘tkazildi. Namunalardan umumiy RNK ajratilib, undan cDNA sintezi amalga oshirildi. Virus mavjudligini aniqlash uchun teskari transkripsiya asosidagi polimeraza zanjir reaksiyasi qo‘llanildi. Reaksiya natijalarining ishonchliligini ta’minlash maqsadida ichki nazorat sifatida o‘simlik geniga mos primerlar ishlatildi. Olingan natijalar tekshirilgan namunalar orasida virus infeksiyasining mavjud yoki mavjud emasligini aniqlash imkonini berdi. Tadqiqot uzumchilikda virusli kasalliklarni erta diagnostika qilish va monitoring tizimini takomillashtirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega
