Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Master Adaptive Learner (MAL) texnologiyasining nazariy-metodologik asoslari hamda uning bloklari asosida tibbiyot ta’limi talabalarining deontologik kompetentligini rivojlantirish masalalari yoritilgan. Zamonaviy tibbiy ta’limni modernizatsiya qilish sharoitida bo‘lajak shifokorlarning kasbiy-axloqiy tayyorgarligini takomillashtirishning pedagogik mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. MAL texnologiyasining maqsadli, mazmunli, protsessual va baholash-natijaviy bloklari tavsiflanib, ularning talabalarda refleksiv fikrlash, mustaqil ta’lim olish, kommunikativ madaniyat va kasbiy mas’uliyatni shakllantirishdagi ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari MAL texnologiyasi deontologik kompetentlikni rivojlantirishning samarali innovatsion modeli ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
