Abstract

Maqolada izoxinolin alkaloidlari va boshqa biologik faol moddalarning (BFM) qon tomir silliq mushak hujayralari (SMSH) faoliyatiga ta'siri tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda qon tomir tizimining uch qavatli (adventitiya, media, intima) tuzilishi va ularning BFM bilan o'zaro ta'sir mexanizmlari ko'rib chiqilgan . Mualliflar silliq mushak hujayralarining qarishi va bu jarayonning yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari rivojlanishidagi rolini o'rganishgan. Natijalar asosida qon tomirlari salomatligini saqlash, xususan, ratsionni optimallashtirish va jismoniy faollikni oshirish bo'yicha terapevtik tavsiyalar berilgan.
