Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqotda o‘simliklarning turli gormonli ozuqaviy muhitlarda o‘sishi va rivojlanish ko‘rsatkichlari kompleks baholandi. Natijalar gormonsiz muhitda yashovchanlik nisbatan past (68,4±3,2%) ekanligini, biroq sitokininlar qo‘llanilganda sezilarli darajada ortishini ko‘rsatdi. Xususan, 6-Benzilaminopurin (6-BAP) (1,0 mg/l) varianti yashovchanlikni 92,6±5,4% gacha oshirib, novda hosil bo‘lishini faollashtirdi, kinetin esa novdalarning uzunligini ortishiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatdi. Gormonlar kombinatsiyasi, ayniqsa 6- BAP + gibberellin (GK) va kinetin + GK variantlari o‘sish jarayonini jadallashtirib, maksimal novda uzunligini ta’minladi. Eng yuqori samaradorlik 6-BAP va adenin kombinatsiyasida kuzatilib, yashovchanlik 96,8±5,0, ildiz hosil bo‘lishi 92,6±5,0 va novda soni 6,2±0,7 dona) bo‘yicha ustun natijalar qayd etildi. Umuman olganda, tadqiqot natijalari gormonlar kombinatsiyasining o‘simliklarning in vitro sharoitida o‘sishi, rivojlanishi va ildizlanishiga sezilarli ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini hamda 6-BAP va adenin birikmasi eng samarali variant ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.References
