Abstract
Yillar mobaynida og‘ir metallar sanoat faoliyatida odamlarning sog‘ligiga sezilarli darajada salbiy ta’sir qilishi yaqqol ko‘rinib kelmoqda. Simob, qo‘rg‘oshin, xrom, kadmiy va mishyak odamlarning zaharlanishiga olib keladigan eng keng tarqalgan og‘ir metallar hisoblanadi. Bu yerda biz hayvonlar va odamlarning mavjud tadqiqotlariga ko‘ra ushbu og‘ir metallarning mexanik ta’sirini ko‘rib chiqdik. O‘tkir yoki surunkali zaharlanishlar suv, havo va oziq-ovqat orqali ta’sir qilishidan keyin sodir bo‘lishi mumkin. Ushbu og‘ir metallar biologik to‘planishi natijasida tanadagi turli to‘qimalar va organlarda toksik ta’sirlarni olib keladi. Og‘ir metallar o‘sish, ko‘payish, differentsiatsiya, zararni tiklash jarayonlari va apoptoz kabi hujayra hodisalarini buzadi. Ta’sir mexanizmlarini taqqoslash ushbu metallarning toksikligini, shu jumladan ROS hosil bo‘lishini, antioksidant himoyaning zaiflashishini, fermentlarni inaktivatsiyasini va oksidlovchi stressni keltirib chiqaradigan o‘xshash yo‘llarni aniqlaydi. Boshqa tomondan, ularning ba’zilari ma’lum makromolekulalar bilan selektiv bog‘lanishga ega. Qo‘rg‘oshinning aminolevulin kislotasi degidratazasi va ferroxelataz bilan o‘zaro ta’siri shu kontekstda. Boshqa og‘ir metallarning ma’lum oqsillar bilan reaktsiyalari ham muhokama qilindi. Xrom, kadmiy va mishyak kabi ba’zi zaharli metallar genomik beqarorlikka olib keladi.References
