Abstract
Maqsad. O‘zbekiston hududida 2-tur qandli diabet (2QD) tashxisi qo‘yilgan bemorlarda yoga amaliyotining glikemik nazorat, insulin rezistentligi va oksidativ stressga ta’sirini tizimli sharhlash hamda meta-tahlil orqali baholash. Metodologiya. PRISMA protokoli asosida to‘rtta ma’lumotlar bazasida — xalqaro (PubMed, Cochrane CENTRAL) va milliy (MedUz, Ziyonet) — qidiruv amalga oshirildi. Standart davolash bilan birgalikda yoga qo‘llanilgan 14 ta randomizatsiya qilingan klinik tadqiqot (jami n = 1 665) tahlilga kiritildi. Natijalar tasodifiy ta’sirlar modeli asosida standartlashtirilgan o‘rtacha farq (SMF) ko‘rsatkichi orqali hisoblandi. Yoga aralashuvi ochlik qon glyukozasini (SMF = −1,53; 95% II: −2,18 / −0,88; p < 0,00001) va ovqatdan keyingi qon glyukozasini (SMF = −2,08; p = 0,04) ishonchli darajada kamaytirdi. HbA1c ham sezilarli pasaydi (SMF = −0,87; p = 0,009). HOMA-IR (SMF = −1,21; p = 0,003), zardob insulini (SMF = −1,38; p = 0,04) va malondialdegid darajasi (SMF = −3,84; p = 0,02) bo‘yicha ham statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli yaxshilanish kuzatildi.References
