Abstract
Mazkur tadqiqotda Liriodendron tulipifera L. ning introduksiya qilingan hududlardagi agroekologik sharoitlari va donor o‘simlik elementar analiz tahlili qilindi. Farg‘ona viloyatining 5 ta hududidan olingan tuproq namunalari hamda Shimoliy Amerika tabiiy areali tuproqlari agrokimyoviy jihatdan o‘rganildi. Tuproqlarda azot, fosfor va kaliy yetishmovchiligi, ishqoriy muhit (pH 8,01–8,34) hamda mikroelementlar (Cu, Mn) notekis taqsimlanishi aniqlandi. Donor o‘simlikning barg, poya, gul va meva qismlari atom-emissiya spektrometriyasi (ICP-OES, Avio 200) yordamida tahlil qilindi va K hamda P ning generativ organlarda yuqori, Mn ning barglarda, Fe ning esa poyada ustun to‘planishi kuzatildi. Olingan natijalar Liriodendron tulipifera L. uchun in vitro mikroklonal ko‘paytirishda tuproq va o‘simlik element profillariga asoslangan individual ozuqa muhitini ishlab chiqish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.References
