Abstract

Установлено, что формирование каллусной ткани в эксплантах, полученных из листьев и побегов растения Lycium barbarum, напрямую зависит от значения pH питательной среды. В частности, диапазон pH 5,6–5,8 оказался наиболее оптимальным для эксплантов, при котором наблюдался наивысший уровень образования каллуса. В данном диапазоне pH отмечалось повышение биологической активности ауксинов и цитокининов, что приводило к значительной активации процессов клеточного деления и пролиферации каллусной ткани. Следовательно, для успешной реализации in vitro регенерации растения Lycium barbarum важное значение имеет поддержание pH питательной среды в пределах 5,6–5,8.
