Abstract
Mazkur tadqiqotda bug‘doy (Triticum aestivum L.) navlarining asosiy sifat ko‘rsatkichlari — natura, oqsil va kleykovina miqdori qiyosiy jihatdan o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot ob’ekti sifatida O‘simliklar genetik resurslari ilmiy-tadqiqot instituti kolleksiyasidan tanlab olingan 30 ta bug‘doy nav namunasi foydalanildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, natura ko‘rsatkichi 799,1–844,5 g/l, kleykovina miqdori 26,7–29,75%, oqsil miqdori esa 10,62–16,61% oralig‘ida o‘zgargani aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar bug‘doy navlarining texnologik va oziqaviy sifatlarini kompleks baholashda muhim ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.References
