Abstract
Mazkur maqolada dolchin aldegidi asosida ayrim aminobirikmalar bilan yangi Shiff asoslarini sintez qilish, ularning fizik-kimyoviy xossalari hamda spektral tavsiflari o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida dolchin aldegidining p-aminofenol, p-amino-m-krezol va p- fenilendiamin bilan kondensatsiya reaksiyalari metanol muhitida, katalitik miqdordagi sirka kislotasi ishtrokida amalga oshirildi. Reaksiya natijasida tegishli Shiff asoslari 76–82 % unum bilan olindi. Sintez qilingan birikmalarning tuzilishi UB-, IQ-spektroskopiya hamda mass- spektrometriya usullari yordamida tasdiqlandi. IQ-spektrlarda boshlang‘ich aldegidga xos karbonil guruhi tebranish chastotasining yo‘qolishi va 1596–1666 sm⁻¹ sohada azometin (C=N) bog‘iga tegishli yangi intensiv tebranish chastotalarining paydo bo‘lishi Shiff asoslari hosil bo‘lganligini ko‘rsatdi. UB-spektrlarda π→π* va n→π* elektron o‘tishlarga xos yutilish maksimumlari kuzatildi. Mass-spektr tahlillarida esa protonlangan molekulyar ionlar [M+H]⁺ aniqlanib, ularning nazariy molekulyar massalarga mos kelishi sintez jarayonining muvaffaqiyatli amalga oshganligini tasdiqladi.References
