Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot ishi zamonaviy biotexnologiya va kosmetologiyaning eng istiqbolli yo‘nalishlaridan biri-ekologik toza xomashyo asosida probiotik kosmetika vositalarini ishlab chiqishning ilmiy va amaliy asoslarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada inson terisi mikrobiomasining fiziologik funksiyalari, tashqi muhitning salbiy omillari ta’sirida yuzaga keladigan mikrobial disbioz mexanizmlari va ularni probiotik komponentlar (lizatlar, filtratlar va fermentlar) yordamida bartaraf etish usullari batafsil tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning o‘ziga xosligi shundaki, unda mahalliy agrosanoat va sut sanoati ikkilamchi mahsulotlaridan biotexnologik usulda yuqori samarali kosmetika ingredientlarini ajratib olish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tajribalar natijasida probiotik lizatlarning terining gidrolipid qatlamini tiklash va namlikni saqlash qobiliyatini 50% gacha oshirishi isbotlangan. Shuningdek, maqolada "Clean Beauty" konseptual yondashuvi doirasida ekologik xomashyoning mahsulot bio- mosligini (biocompatibility) ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Olingan natijalar mahalliy kosmetika sanoatida import o‘rnini bosuvchi va eksportbop mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarish uchun ilmiy baza bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
