Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqotda guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) urug‘larining mineral tarkibi rentgen-fluoressent analiz (XRFA) usuli yordamida o‘rganildi. Tahlil natijalari o‘simlik urug‘ida magniy, fosfor, oltingugurt, xlor, kaliy, kaltsiy kabi asosiy makroelementlar hamda kremniy, temir, marganes, nikel, mis, rux, brom, molibden, va bariy kabi mikroelementlarning mavjudligini aniqladi. XRFA usulining qo‘llanilishi ko‘plab elementlarni tez, ishonchli va yuqori aniqlikda aniqlash imkonini berdi. Olingan natijalar guar urug‘ining mineral moddalarga boyligini tasdiqlab, uni oziqaviy va agronomik jihatdan qimmatli dukkakli ekin sifatida baholashga imkon yaratadi. Shuningdek, ushbu tarkibiy tahlil seleksiya, o‘simlik fiziologiyasi va ozuqa sanoatida qo‘llash uchun muhim ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.References
