Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda Rhipicephalus avlodi turlarining mitoxondrial DNKsini COI geni asosida molekulyar-filogenetik tahlili amalga oshirildi. Jumladan, NCBI ma’lumotlar bazasidan olingan ketma-ketliklar bilan solishtirma tahlil o‘tkazildi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, turlar aniq filogenetik kladlarga ajralgan bo‘lib, Rhipicephalus sanguineus populyatsiyalarida past darajadagi genetik farqlanishlar va geografik substrukturalanish kuzatildi. Olingan natijalar COI genining turlarni identifikatsiya qilish hamda filogenetik munosabatlarni o‘rganishda ishonchli marker ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
