Abstract
Ushbu maqolada jismoniy yuklama intensivligining qon glyukozasi darajasiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda sog‘lom yosh erkaklarda turli intensivlikdagi jismoniy yuklamalar sharoitida qon glyukozasi darajasining o‘zgarish dinamikasi baholandi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, past intensivlikda glyukoza darajasi nisbatan barqaror saqlangan, o‘rta intensivlikda pasaygan, yuqori intensivlikda esa vaqtincha oshgan. Tiklanish davrida glyukoza darajasi yana kamaygan. Aniqlangan U-simon dinamik model jismoniy yuklama ta’sirida glyukoza homeostazi metabolik ehtiyoj, gormonal boshqaruv va periferik to‘qimalar faolligi bilan bog‘liq holda o‘zgarishini ko‘rsatadi. Olingan natijalar sport fiziologiyasi, sog‘lomlashtirish mashg‘ulotlari va metabolik profilaktika amaliyotida muhim ahamiyatga ega.References
