Abstract
So’ya (Glycine max L) o’simligi qishloq xo’jaligi va oziq-ovqat sanoatida muhim o’simliklardan biri bo’lib, uning doni inson salomatligi uchun zarur bo’lgan oqsil va yog’ moddalarining asosiy manbalaridan biridir. Iqlim o’zgarishlari, qurg’oqchilik ko’plab o’simliklar qatorida so’yaning ham rivojlanishi va hosildorligiga salbiy ta’sir ko’rsatmoqda. Zamonaviy genom tahrirlash usullari yordamida qurg’oqchilik sharoitida ham normal rivojlanib, hosildorligini saqlagan so’ya navlarini yaratish imkoni mavjud. Ayniqsa, genom tahrirlashning CRISPR/Cas9 usuli o’zining osonligi, qulayligi va kam mablag’ talab qilganligi sababli hozirda turli tadqiqotlarda keng qo’llanilmoqda. Ushbu maqolada CRISPR/Cas9 texnologiyasi yordamida so’ya o’simligining qurg’oqchilikka chidamliligini oshirish borasida olib borilgan tadqiqotlarni tahlil qilish orqali muammolar va kelajakdagi istiqbollarni yoritib beriladi.References
