Abstract

Mazkur maqolada yosh futbolchilarda kuch sifatini rivojlantirishda nostandart mashqlarning o‘rni ilmiy-nazariy hamda amaliy nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Futbolda kuch sifati faqat og‘irlik ko‘tarish yoki klassik umumjismoniy tayyorgarlik mashqlari bilan emas, balki o‘yin vaziyatiga yaqin, koordinatsion murakkab, reaksiya, muvozanat, tezlik-kuch va qaror qabul qilish elementlarini birlashtirgan nostandart mashqlar orqali ham samarali takomillashishi asoslanadi. Maqolada yosh sportchilarning yosh xususiyatlari, biologik yetilish darajasi, harakat tajribasi va mashg‘ulot yuklamasi hisobga olingan holda kuch tayyorgarligini tashkil etishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari yoritiladi. Tahlil natijasida nostandart mashqlarni sakrovchanlik, tayanch-harakat apparati barqarorligi, bir oyoqda kuch hosil qilish, qarshilik ostida harakatni boshqarish, yo‘nalishni keskin o‘zgartirish va to‘p bilan bajariladigan kuch yo‘nalishidagi topshiriqlar bilan integratsiyalash kuch tayyorgarligining samaradorligini oshirishi aniqlanadi. Shuningdek, mashqlarni mikrotsikl bo‘yicha joylashtirish, yuklama me’yorini bosqichma- bosqich oshirish, xavfsizlik va individualizatsiya tamoyillariga rioya etish bo‘yicha ilmiy
