Abstract
Mazkur maqolada sport mashg‘ulotlari nazariyasining asosiy jihatlari, xususan, mashg‘ulot jarayonining tamoyillari, vositalari, usullari, yuklama va tiklanishning ilmiy-metodik asoslari tahlil qilingan. Sport mashg‘ulotlari sportchining texnik, jismoniy, taktik va ruhiy tayyorgarligini izchil rivojlantirishga qaratilgan uzluksiz pedagogik jarayon sifatida yoritilgan. Maqolada umumiy va maxsus tayyorgarlik birligi, bosqichma-bosqichlik, uzluksizlik, sikllilik, yuklamaning to‘lqinsimon dinamikasi kabi tamoyillarning mazmuni ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, mashg‘ulot vositalari sifatida musobaqa, maxsus tayyorgarlik va umumiy tayyorgarlik mashqlarining o‘rni, yuklamaning hajmi va intensivligi, tiklanishning funksional ahamiyati hamda mashg‘ulot samaradorligini oshirishdagi roli asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari sport mashg‘ulotlarini ilmiy asosda rejalashtirish, yuklamalarni individuallashtirish va sport natijalarini barqaror oshirishga xizmat qiladi.References
