Abstract
The article examines the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and the expression of leadership qualities among university students in Uzbekistan. Emotional intelligence is analyzed as an important psychological factor influencing the development of an individual’s leadership potential. The study employed psychodiagnostic methods and statistical data analysis techniques. The obtained results indicate a statistically significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and leadership qualities.References
