Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the formation of communicative competencies in future physicians, their content, and their significance in medical education. The author examines the role of communication culture, empathy, listening skills, speech fluency, facial expressions, and body language in doctor–patient relationships. In addition, the levels of communicative competence (high, medium, and low) are analyzed. Based on scientific sources, the study substantiates the stages of developing communicative competence in future medical professionals, the characteristics of the communicative-diagnostic process, as well as psychological and pedagogical factors influencing communication. The professional importance of organizing effective communication is also highlighted. According to the author's conclusion, communicative competence is one of the key factors determining the professional success of a physician. Its formation requires a systematic approach, consistency in the pedagogical process, and the development of both personal and professional qualities in students.References
