Abstract
Mazkur maqolada ta’lim jarayonida qo‘llanilayotgan innovatsion metodlarning o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy rivojlanishiga ta’siri nazariy va empirik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida pedagoglarning uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanishi ta’lim sifatini oshirishning asosiy omillaridan biri sifatida e’tirof etilmoqda. Ilmiy manbalarga ko‘ra, innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar, raqamli vositalar hamda interfaol metodlardan foydalanish o‘qituvchilarning metodik kompetensiyasi, kreativ fikrlashi va refleksiv faoliyatini sezilarli darajada rivojlantiradi26 . Tadqiqotda aralash metodologiya (mixed methods) asosida so‘rovnoma va statistik tahlil usullaridan foydalanildi. Tadqiqot natijalari innovatsion metodlardan muntazam foydalanish o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy kompetensiyasi, pedagogik innovatsiyalarga ochiqligi hamda ta’lim jarayonini samarali tashkil etish ko‘nikmalarini oshirishini ko‘rsatdi. Korrelyatsiya va regressiya tahlillari innovatsion metodlardan foydalanish darajasi bilan kasbiy rivojlanish ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasida ijobiy va sezilarli bog‘liqlik mavjudligini tasdiqladi. Shuningdek, tadqiqot natijalari innovatsion yondashuvlar o‘qituvchilarning hamkorlik faoliyati, refleksiya va uzluksiz ta’limga bo‘lgan motivatsiyasini kuchaytirishini ko‘rsatdi27.References
