Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqot ishida Shiff asosi va glitsirrizin kislotasi asosida hosil qilingan supramolekulyar komplekslarning tarkibi va xossalari yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YuSSX) usuli yordamida o‘rganilgab bo‘lib, tadqiqot obyekti sifatida gossipol va izoniazid asosida sintez qilingan Shiff asosi hamda uning glitsirrizin kislotasi bilan hosil qilgan komplekslari tanlab olindi. Analizlar “Shimadzu” LC-40D xromatografida 254 nm to‘lqin uzunligida amalga oshirildi. Olingan natijalarga ko‘ra, alohida olingan moddalar va ularning komplekslari kolonkada ushlanishi turlicha bo‘lishi aniqlandi. Xususan, glitsirrizin kislotasi 4,6 minutda, Shiff asosi 10,52 minutda, ularning 2:1 nisbatdagi kompleksi esa 10,55 minutda qayd etildi. Olingan xromatogrammalar kompleks hosil bo‘lishini va uning individual moddalardan farqli xususiyatlarga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.References
