Abstract

Ushbu sharh maqolada turli xo’jayin o‘simliklardan ajratib olingan 12 ta avlodga mansub endofit mikroorganizmlarning biologik faolligi tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar ushbu shtammlar antibakterial, antifungal, antimalarial, yallig‘lanishga qarshi hamda saratonga qarshi faollik namoyon etishini ko‘rsatdi. Bu ularning biofaol ikkilamchi metabolitlar ishlab chiqarish salohiyatiga ega ekanligidan dalolat beradi. Shuningdek, aniqlangan faolliklar endofit mikroorganizmlarning metabolik xilma-xilligi va ekologik moslashuvchanligini aks ettiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari endofit mikroorganizmlarning farmatsevtika va biotexnologiya sohalaridagi istiqbolini tasdiqlaydi.
