Abstract
Hozirda RNK ajratib olishda dunyo olimlari ko‘plab usullardan foydalanishadi. Bulardan, tijorat firmalari tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan RNK ajratish to‘plamlari hamda zarur lizis bufferlarini personal tomonidan qo‘lda tayyorlanidan usullar dominantlik qiladi. Tijorat to‘plamlari sodda va samarali hisoblansada, tan narxi qimmatligi sababli ko‘plab laboratoriyalar uchun kundalik amaliyotda qo‘llashda cheklovlarni keltirib chiqaradi. Mazkur ishda, o‘simlik barglaridan umumiy RNK ekstraksiya qilishni arzon va samarali usuli hisoblanuvchi Wu usulini modifikatsiyalangan versiyasi yoritilgan.References
