Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonning Qamchiq dovonida tarqalgan Lecanora rupicola lishaynikining aminokislota tarkibi yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YuSSX) usuli yordamida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijasida ekstrakt tarkibida jami 15,647 mg/g miqdorda erkin aminokislotalar aniqlandi. Eng yuqori miqdor glutamin (14,8%) va triptofan (11,6%) ulushiga to‘g‘ri keldi. Shuningdek, treonin, leytsin, metionin va izoleytsin kabi muhim aminokislotalar sezilarli miqdorda mavjudligi aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar ushbu lishaynik turining biologik faol moddalarga boyligini va uni farmakologik jihatdan istiqbolli tabiiy manba sifatida baholash mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi.
