Abstract
Mazkur tadqiqotda L. rucho’qqia lishaynikining uglevod tarkibi yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YSSX) yordamida refraktiv indeks detektori orqali o‘rganildi. Xromatogrammada bir nechta cho‘qqilar aniqlanib, ularning ushlanish vaqtlari va maydon foizlari hisoblandi. Natijalar asosida namunada asosiy komponent sifatida 2.714 minutda chiqadigan cho’qqi (96.0%) ustunligi qayd etildi. Shuningdek, fruktoza, glyukoza, saxaroza va maltoza kabi oddiy uglevodlar kichik miqdorlarda aniqlangan. Olingan natijalar ushbu lishaynik turining kimyoviy tarkibini baholash va biologik faol moddalari haqida xulosa chiqarishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.References
