Abstract
Maqolada somatik embriogenez jarayoni, uning turlari hamda kallusogenez bosqichlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, kallus induksiyasiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar, xususan, ozuqa muhiti tarkibi, fitogormonlar nisbati shu bilan birga, biologik va fizik omillarning ro‘li yoritilgan. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar natijalari asosida g‘o‘za kallus induksiyasini optimallashtirishga doir yondashuvlar umumlashtirilgan. Bundan tashqari, ekzogen fitogormonlar kombinatsiyasining regeneratsiya jarayonidagi istiqbolli ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan.References
