Abstract
The article studies how phraseological units show cultural values in English and Uzbek languages. Phraseological units, such as idioms, proverbs, and fixed expressions, are an important part of language and reflect the history, society, and culture of a nation. The paper compares English and Uzbek phraseological units and finds similarities and differences in their meaning, structure, and cultural background. The research shows that phraseological units not only make language more expressive but also help to keep and pass cultural identity.References
