Abstract
This article examines the role of social media in shaping the institutional image of state environmental bodies. The study focuses on how digital communication contributes to transparency, public trust, citizen engagement, environmental awareness, and institutional reputation. Social media platforms provide environmental authorities with opportunities to communicate directly with citizens, distribute reliable environmental information, respond to public concerns, and demonstrate the results of their activities. The article analyzes the importance of interactive communication, visual content, public feedback, crisis communication, and digital transparency in strengthening institutional image. The study concludes that an effective social media strategy based on openness, credibility, responsiveness, and continuous dialogue can significantly contribute to the formation of a positive and sustainable institutional image of state environmental bodies.References
