Abstract

Ushbu maqola kutubxona va axborot fanlari ta’limida nazariy bilimlar bilan amaliy ko‘nikmalarni integratsiyalash zaruriyati va usullarini o‘rganadi. Nazariya va amaliyot o‘rtasidagi an’anaviy bo‘linish bitiruvchilarni zamonaviy kutubxona muhtida samarali ishlashga tayyorlashda jiddiy kamchiliklar keltirib chiqaradi. Tadqiqot sifatli tahll usuli asosida amalga oshirilib, mavjud muammolar, integratsiyalashgan ta’limning samarali modellari va ularni joriy etishdagi to‘siqlar tahlil qilinadi. Refleksiv amaliyot, xizmat ko‘rsatishni o‘rganish, simulyatsiyalar va doimiy amaliy aloqalar kabi yondashuvlar nazariya bilan amaliyot o‘rtasidagi uzilishni bartaraf etish va tanqidiy fikrlash qobiliyatiga ega, o‘z faoliyatini nazariy asoslasha oladigan mutaxassislarni tayyorlashning asosiy vositalari sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada shuni ta’kidlaydiki, muvaffaqiyatli integratsiya o‘quv dasturlarini qayta ishlash, o‘qituvchilarning metodik tayyorgarligini oshirish, soha bilan mustahkam hamkorlik va moslashuvchan baholash tizimlarini talab qiladi. Natijada, bunday yondashuv nafaqat individual bitiruvchilarning kasbiy tayyorgarligini oshiradi, balki kutubxonachilik sohasining rivojlanishiga ham ijobiy hissa qo‘shadi
