Abstract
The article examines various definitions of the concept of “virtual museum” and emphasizes its difference from related formats of electronic catalogs and museum websites. It systematizes and analyzes the key functions of virtual museums, highlighting their educational and popularizing role, and also analyzes technological solutions that increase the accessibility and interactivity of cultural content: 3D modeling, chatbots, and personalized routes.References
