Mazkur maqolada globallashuv va ommaviy madaniyat unifikatsiyasi sharoitida an’anaviy madaniyatlarni va madaniy xilma-xillikni saqlashning xalqaro mexanizmlari haqida so‘z yuritiladi. BMT, YUNESKO, Xalqaro Mehnat Tashkiloti va Yevropa Ittifoqining huquqiy hujjatlari, xususan, madaniy huquqlar, milliy ozchiliklar muhofazasi hamda moddiy va nomoddiy merosni himoya qilishga oid konvensiyalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan.References
