Abstract
Ushbu ilmiy izlanishda Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers., Poaceae oilasi vakili anʻanaviy xalq tabobatida keng qoʻllaniluvchi Cynodon dactylon oʻsimligining yer usti qismi va ildizidan tayyorlangan spirtli hamda suvli ekstraktlarning DPPH erkin radikaliga nisbatan antiradikallik faolligi aniqlandi. Oʻsimlik namunalaridan 1 g/25 mL nisbatida 96% etanol va distillangan suv erituvchilari yordamida ultratovushli vannada (20 daqiqa) ekstraktlar tayyorlandi. Antiradikallik faolligi 7,92 mM DPPH eritmasi bilan K7000 spektrofotometrida (YOKE, Xitoy) 517 nm da, 25-100 mkl hajmlarda, 30 daqiqa davomida oʻlchandi. Tajriba davomida 30 daqiqa davomida 100 mkl hajmda eng yuqori antiradikallik faolligi ildiz suvli ekstraktida (ARF% = 57,19%, IC₅₀ = 75,89 mkl) qayd etildi. Yer usti suvli ekstrakt esa (54,14%; 142,73 mkl) natija koʻrsatdi. Spirtli ekstraktlarda yer usti qismi (35,42%; 136,65 mkl) ildizga (8,63%; 620,52 mkl) nisbatan ancha yuqori faollik koʻrsatdi.References
